Your account

Use the service only if you meet the age and consent requirements that apply where you live. Provide accurate account information, protect access to your sign-in account, and tell us if you believe someone else has gained access. Do not impersonate others or create accounts to evade restrictions.

Content you share

You retain ownership of the content you create. You give Vinlex Technologies permission to host, process, display, and deliver it as needed to operate Peekaboo according to your selected features and audience, including necessary safety review. You must have permission to share the media, people’s likenesses, and locations included in your content.

Personal Peeks are intended for selected recipients. Public mysteries may be viewed by other users, and their locations can be revealed through the guessing flow. Do not share sensitive personal information, private addresses, or another person’s location without permission.

Keep it safe

• Do not post illegal, exploitative, sexually abusive, threatening, hateful, or harassing content.
• Do not bully, stalk, impersonate, defraud, spam, or expose someone’s private information.
• Do not infringe copyright or other rights, compromise accounts, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service.
• Do not encourage trespassing, dangerous activity, or visits to places that are restricted or unsafe.

Report inappropriate content and block users in the app, or contact team@vinlex.net. We may review, restrict, or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service or its users.

Locations and mysteries

Public mysteries can be guessed remotely. Visiting for an extra is optional. Arrival checks, map information, distances, and location accuracy depend on your device and map services and may not always be precise. You are responsible for your surroundings, access permissions, and safety. Do not use the app while driving or enter private or restricted property to open a Peek.

Progress and Plus access

Points, streaks, badges, and similar progress are app features, not money or a cash balance. Feature availability may change as we improve the service. This version does not offer paid Plus purchases. If paid features are introduced, their price and applicable purchase terms will be shown before purchase.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Peekaboo available but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every device, map, or notification will always work. Content availability can depend on expiry, moderation, permissions, or account status. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Leaving Peekaboo

You can stop using the app and delete your account in Settings → Delete account. If you cannot access your account, email us. Information handling and retention are described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. For questions, support, copyright concerns, or a dispute, contact team@vinlex.net.
